摘  要:川西中浅层气井开发已步入中后期,存在携液难、堵塞严重等问题,采用井下节流工艺可达到节能降耗、降本增效的目的。虽然对该技术机理和工艺认识已日趋完善,但对其应用范围和使用条件还缺少系统的认识,总体施工成功率不高。结合川西地区的实际生产特征,深入开展了并下节流选井技术研究,完善了井下节流工艺,并在LS49并组进行了全井组现场试验。试验表明,川西中浅层井下节流技术日趋完善,有效地促进了气井稳定生产,避免了水合物冰堵发生,节约了地面流程及设备投资,对该气藏的后续开发有重大的指导意义。The middle-shallow gas wells development in western Sichuan has entered mid- late stage, with problems of hard liquid-carrying and serious plugging. Using downhole throttling process can achieve energy saving, expenditure decreasing, cost reduction and efficiency increasing. Although the mechanism and process understanding of the technology has been maturing, but its application seope and conditions of use still lack systematic nnderstanding, with a low overall success rate of construction. Linking the actual production characteristics in western Sichuan, a research of choosing-well with downhole throttling technique is carried out in the paper, to improve the downhole throttling process. Then field tests are conducted on the well LS49 group. Tests show that the downhole throttling technology on the mid-shallow wells in western Sichuan has improved day by day. The technology effectively promotes the stable gas well production, avoid the occurrence of ice block with gas hydrates, saving ground processes and equipment investment. It has guidance significance to the follow-up development of the gas reservoirs.
