摘　　要：掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA)是有线电视光纤网络中的核心设备。文章在说明EDFA的原理和结构的基础上,详细讨论了EDFA产生的噪声及非线性失真对有线电视网络性能的不利影响及应对方法。最后对实例进行了载噪比的验算,有助于保证有线电视光纤网络整体的传输性能。The erbium-doped fiber amplifier（EDFA）is the core equipment in the cable TV fiber-optic network.A description of the basis of the the EDFA principles and structure,discussed in detail the adverse effects of the EDFA noise and nonlinear distortion on the cable network performance and response.Finally,instance checking,carrier-to-noise ratio helps to ensure that the transmission performance of the cable TV fiber-optic network as a whole.
