焦炉煤气二氧化碳重整热力学规律研究

摘  要:分析了富氢煤气还原对气体成分的要求;通过热力学模拟计算对焦炉煤气二氧化碳重整的热力学规律进行了研究。结果表明:富氢煤气还原时其H2/CO应为1—2。对焦炉煤气进行CO2重整,其气体产物的H2/CO较低,当CO2配入量大于20%时,气体产物的H2/CO可以降低到2.0以下;提高反应温度和降低反应体系压力有利于焦炉煤气CO2重整反应的进行,综合考虑CH4转化率、气体产物的还原势等因素,焦炉煤气CO2重整反应的温度应大于1000℃;焦炉煤气重整后的H2/CO主要决定于CO2的配入量,通过调节水蒸气和CO2加入量可以对还原气体成分进行有效控制。The requirements of iron ore reduction by hydrogen rich gas was analysed by computation of heat balance and the thermodynamic laws of reforming of coke oven gas was studied by thermodynamic calculation in this paper. The results showed that the optimal H2/CO range was 1 to 2. It would be less than 2.0 that the value of H2/CO of gaseous product of reforming of coke oven gas by CO2 while the addition of CO2 is more than 20 percent, which is lower than by H2O. Higher temperature and lower pressure is favorable to the reforming by CO2 and the reforming temperature should be more than 1 000 ℃ considering the factors that the rate of reforming and reduction potential of reducing gas. The value of H2/CO which is mainly depend on the addition of CO2 can be adjusted effectively by adjusting the amount of CO2 and H2O.
