摘　　要：针对首钢迁钢热轧带钢25万t／a横切机组粗矫直机设备的设计，根据板带矫直机的生产过程和工作原理，以及要求生产的热轧钢卷产品大纲，给出所需矫直机设备辊径、辊距以及辊子数目等主要参数的确定方法及实际取值，并在此基础上阐述矫直机的总体设计方法，以及各主要部件的设计方法，提出设计中应注意的问题及关键点。矫直机成功应用于实际，经济效益和社会效益显著，具有较大的推广应用价值。To the design of rough leveler unit of producing annually 250,000 tons of Shougang Qiangang Cross Cut Shearing Line, this paper provides a obtain ways and practical value of the leveler roll diameter, space between rolls and number of rolls based on producing process and working theory of strip levelers and the production brief. And basing this, the leveler＇s general design plan and ways of the main parts are introduced, meanwhile some problems needed be paid attention to are provided. The leveler was applied successfully, and the economic benefit and social benefit were obvious, so it has a great value to generalize.
