异位妊娠腹腔镜手术与开腹手术后疼痛的比较

摘　　要：目的探讨异位妊娠腹腔镜手术与开腹手术后疼痛的程度。方法将160例异位妊娠患者按随机数字表法分为腹腔镜组和开腹组,每组80例。腹腔镜组及开腹组均根据其生育要求采用患侧输卵管切除术及患侧输卵管切开取胚术。按疼痛分级评分标准,对2组患者术后回病房时、术后5～6h,术后1、3d的疼痛情况进行比较。结果 2组患者术后回病房时、术后5～6h疼痛评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。腹腔镜组术后1、3d疼痛评分分别为(1.580±0.531)分和(1.021±0.298)分,开腹组分别为(2.118±0.652)分和(1.880±0.573)分,腹腔镜组明显低于开腹组(均P<0.05)。结论异位妊娠腹腔镜手术的止痛效果明显优于开腹手术。Objective To evaluate the degree of postoperative pain in laparoscopic surgery and open surgery for ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 160 patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups,with 80 patients in each group.Laparoscopic group and open surgery group were treated with ipsilateral salpingectomy or salpingotomy for removing embryo according to fertility requirements of patients.The degree of pain was recorded at the time of returning to the ward and 5-6 hours,1 day and 3 days after operation according to the pain grading standards.Results At the time of returning to the ward and 5-6 hours after operation,no significant differences were observed in pain score（P0.05）.At 1 day and 3 days after operation,pain score in laparoscopic group was significantly lower than that in open surgery group（1.580±0.531 and 1.021±0.298 vs 2.118±0.652 and 1.880±0.573,respectively;P0.05）.ConclusionLaparoscopic operation has a greater analgesic effect than open surgery in ectopic pregnancy.
