摘　　要：本文采用一种简单算法,快速高效地完成了基本流(ES)复用成恒定码率的传输流(TS)。文章分析了基于MPEG-2传输流复用的两种现有技术,即基于节目参考时钟(PCR)包的码率控制和基于缓存器的码率控制;探讨了基本流(ES)复用成传输流(TS)的方法,给出了ES流复用成TS流的流程,研究了解码时间/显示时间(PTS/DTS)、节目参考时钟(PCR)包以及空包的计算方法,特别涉及一种基于TS复用的恒定码率控制方法的研究。This article uses a simple algorithm and completes the elementary Stream（ES） multiplexed into transport stream（TS）.It analyses the two kinds of existing technology based on MPEG-2,one of which is Rate control based on PCR,the other is Rate control based on buffer.It discusses the method for ES multiplexed into TS,and gives the flow of ES multiplexed into TS.By adjusting the code-rate,the value of PCR,PTS,DTS in the process of TS multiplexing,a constant code-rate TS is generated quickly and efficiently.It especially involves one research to constant code-rate control based on TS multiplexing.
