摘  要:在介绍水电厂高压气系统工作原理的基础上,总结了水电厂高压气机异常启/停与相应故障的对应关系,提出了高压气系统的关联监测模型,并利用梯级水电厂群远程集控系统提供的海量数据源,建立了水电厂高压气系统远程分析与故障诊断平台。目前,该平台已投入工程试运行,成功诊断出水电厂高压气系统漏气故障,证明了其工程有效性。Based on introduction of structure and operation principle of the high-pressure gas system(HPGS) for hydropower plant,the relationship between the high compressor's abnormal starting/showdown and corresponding failures of HPGS is summed up.And the relevance monitoring model for HPGS of hydropower plant is put forward.Then,by using massive data sources provided by the remote centralized control system of cascade hydropower plants group,HPGS remote analysis and fault diagnosis platform has been established.At present,the platform has been put into trial industrial operation,and two gas leakage failures of HPGS in a certain hydropower plant have been detected successfully,which proves its engineering effectiveness.
