摘 要:目的:研究家蚕雌蛾粉对阴虚雌性小鼠的药理作用。方法:灌胃甲状腺素联合利血平制作阴虚模型,灌胃给予家蚕雌蛾粉,YLS-1A多功能小鼠自主活动记录仪测定小鼠自主活动次数,腹腔注射0.6%冰醋酸观察小鼠扭体次数,游泳试验观察小鼠游泳存活时间,称量体重和脾脏、子宫卵巢的湿重计算器官系数。结果:家蚕雌蛾粉可显著减少阴虚雌性小鼠的自主活动次数,低剂量(3 g/kg)组、中剂量(6 g/kg)组和高剂量(12 g/kg)组的降低幅度均达极显著水平(P<0.01);家蚕雌蛾粉能显著减少阴虚雌性小鼠由冰醋酸引起的扭体次数,中剂量(6 g/kg)组的减少幅度达到显著水平(P<0.05),高剂量(12 g/kg)组的减少幅度达到极显著水平(P<0.01);家蚕雌蛾粉可以明显延长阴虚雌性小鼠的游泳存活时间,中剂量(6 g/kg)组和高剂量(12 g/kg)组的延长幅度均达极显著水平(P<0.01),低剂量(3 g/kg)组的延长幅度达显著水平(P<0.05);家蚕雌蛾粉可明显提高阴虚雌性小鼠体重,低剂量(3g/kg)组、中剂量(6 g/kg)组和高剂量(12 g/kg)组的提高幅度均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);家蚕雌蛾粉能显著改善阴虚雌性小鼠脾脏和子宫卵巢严重萎缩状况,低剂量(3 g/kg)组、中剂量(6 g/kg)组、高剂量(12 g/kg)组的脾脏系数和子宫卵巢系数的提高幅度均达极显著水平(P<0.01)。结论 :家蚕雌蛾粉对阴虚雌性小鼠具有镇静、镇痛、增强耐力、促进生长和生殖器官、免疫器官发育的作用,表现出明显的类雌激素样生物学活性。Objective :This paper was to study the pharmacological effect of the female silkworm moth powder on yin-deficiency model female rat.Methods:Using thyroxine and reserpine to generate a yin-deficiency female rat model by gastric perfusion.The model rats were divided randomly into different-dosage groups of female silkworm moth powder and model contrast group.The independent activity numbers were noted by YLS-1A rat independent activity noting apparatus.Writhing times and surviving times were observed by injecting 0.6% acetic acid in abdomen and swimming test,respectively.The weight of mouse body,spleen,uterus and ovaries and their corresponding coefficient were evaluated.Results:Female silkworm moth powder could significantly reduce the independent activity numbers of yin-deficiency female rats.The reduction of independent activity numbers in low dose(3 g/g),middle dose(6 g/g) and high dose(12 g/g) group showed extremely significant difference(P0.01) compared to normal group.Female silkworm moth powder could significantly reduce the writhing times of yin-deficiency female rats by the acetic acid.The reduction of writhing times in middle dose group(6 g/g) showed significant difference(P0.05) compared to normal group,while in high dose group(12 g/g) showed extremely significant(P0.01).Female silkworm moth powder could significantly extend survival time of yin-deficiency female rats by swimming.The extension of survival times in low dose group(3 g/kg) showed significant difference(P0.05) compared to normal group,while in middle dose(6 g/g) and high dose(12 g/g) group showed extremely significant(P0.01).Female silkworm moth powder could significantly increase body weight of yin-deficiency female rats.The increase of body weight in low dose(3 g/g),middle dose(6 g/g) and high dose(12 g/g) group showed extremely significant difference(P0.01) compared to normal group.Female silkworm moth powder could significantly improve the severe atrophy of organ
