云木香对豚鼠离体肠平滑肌的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察云木香水煎液、水提液、醇提液、挥发油对豚鼠离体肠平滑肌的作用,并探讨云木香对豚鼠离体肠平滑肌作用的物质基础。方法:以给药前后3分钟豚鼠离体肠平滑肌平均振幅为观测指标,采用BL-420F生物机能实验系统,观察并比较云木香四种提取液对豚鼠离体肠平滑肌的作用情况。结果:云木香水煎液、醇提液、挥发油能显著降低豚鼠正常离体肠平滑肌的平均振幅(P<0.01),小剂量水提液能升高豚鼠正常离体肠平滑肌的平均振幅(P<0.05);四种提取液均能降低乙酰胆碱所致痉挛状态下的豚鼠离体肠平滑肌的平均振幅。结论:小剂量云木香水提液能兴奋豚鼠正常离体肠平滑肌,水煎液、醇提液、挥发油能够抑制豚鼠离体肠平滑肌的自主活动;四种云木香提取液均能拮抗乙酰胆碱所致痉挛状态下的豚鼠离体肠平滑肌。Objective：To study the effect of decoction,aqueous extract,ethanol extract,essential oil of Yunmuxiang on isolated intestinal smooth muscle of guinea pig and to find the material basis of Yunmuxiang which affact isolated intestinal smooth muscle of guinea pig.Methods：seeing the average amplitude of isolated intestinal smooth muscle of guinea pig of 3 minutes before and after the administration as an Indicator,using experimental system of BL-420F biological function,to observe and compare the effect of four of the Yunmuxiang extract on isolated intestinal smooth muscle of guinea pig.Results：The decoction,ethanol extract,essential oil of Yunmuxiang could significantly reduce verage amplitude of the normal isolated intestinal smooth muscle of guinea pig（P 0.01）,Low dose of water extract could increase the average amplitude of normal isolated intestinal smooth muscle of guinea pig（P0.05）：four extracts of Yunmuxiang could significantly reduce average amplitude of isolated intestinal smooth muscle of guinea pig of Spastic state caused by acetylcholine.Conclusion：Low dose of water extract of Yunmuxiang could excite normal isolated intestinal smooth muscle of guinea pig,decoction,ethanol extract,essential oil could inhibit the normal isolated intestinal smooth muscle of guinea pig：The four extracts of Yunmuxiang could inhibited isolated intestinal smooth muscle of guinea pig of Spastic state caused by acetylcholine.
