摘  要:目的:研究青白散抗炎作用及其对大鼠慢性软组织损伤炎症、氧化的影响。方法:采用小鼠二甲苯性耳肿胀,大鼠蛋清性足肿胀和棉球性肉芽肿等多种炎症模型,评价青白散的整体抗炎活性;建立大鼠慢性软组织损伤模型,研究青白散对模型大鼠肌组织前列腺素E2(PGE2)、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果:青白散在0.78~3.12g/kg能显著抑制小鼠二甲苯性耳肿胀;2.16g/kg显著抑制大鼠蛋清性足肿胀;0.54~2.16g/kg显著抑制大鼠棉球性肉芽组织增生,并能显著抑制大鼠慢性软组织损伤后受伤肌组织PGE2含量的升高,降低肌组织中NO的含量,青白散能减少肌组织MDA的生成,提高肌组织SOD的活力。结论:青白散具有抗炎作用,同时具有较强的抗氧化活性。Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammation effects of Qingbai Powder and its mechanism on the inflammation,antioxidation in chronic soft tissue injuring rat models.Method:Animal models of inflammations including ear edema caused by xylene,plantar edema by albumen and granuloma by cotton ball in rats were made to observe the anti-inflammation effects of Qingbai Powder.Wound tissue contents of prostaglandin E2(PGE2),nitric oxide(NO),malonaldehyde(MDA) and activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) were measured in Chronic soft tissue injuring rat models.Result:Qingbai Powder could not only significantly inhibit the ear edema in mice,but relieve the plantar edema and inhibit the granuloma in rats.In addition,it also could significantly decrease the advance of PGE2,NO and MDA,increase SOD activity in wound tissue.Conclusion:Qingbai Powder possesses potent anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidant activity.
