胃肠起搏治疗功能性便秘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胃肠起搏器在功能性便秘治疗中的作用。方法应用W C H型胃肠起搏器对慢性功能性便秘患者进行体外胃肠起搏治疗,观察治疗前后排便困难、粪便性状、排便不尽感、直肠阻塞感、排便频率及胃肠电图变化。结果治疗后患者排便困难、粪便性状、排便不尽感、直肠阻塞感、排便频率均明显改善。疗效好和很好者占35%,有效率70%。治疗后胃电节律紊乱纠正率为68.4%。结论胃肠起搏对功能性便秘具有明显的治疗作用。Objective To explore the effect of gastrointestinal pacemaker in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods The type of WCH gastrointestinal pacemaker were used in patients with functional constipation,we observed the changes of the feelings about defecation difficultly,defecation imcompletely,blockage of rectum,the changes of characteristic of excrement,frequency of defecation and Gastrointestinal electrographic were also observed.Results The feelings about defecation difficultly,defecation imcompletely,blockage of rectum and the characteristic of excrement,frequency of defecation were improved.The therapeutic effects of 35% patients were excellence.70%patients were effective.The rectification rate of gastric electrogram disturbance was 68.4%.Conclusion Gastrointestinal pacemaker is effective in the treatment of functional constipation.
