摘 要:在综采工作面回采巷道中,巷道受采动影响较大,这决定了其巷道支护方法与其他巷道有所不同。锚杆支护技术是目前在综采工作面回采巷道使用的主要支护技术之一。本研究以西曲矿28406综采工作面为工程背景,运用工程类比法对该工作面回采巷道进行初步设计;采用悬吊理论对锚杆支护参数进行选择和设计,对初步设计进行验证得出支护方案;介绍了锚杆支护施工生产及组织管理;并对支护效果进行了分析,表明选取的支护参数能够满足安全生产的需要,并取得了良好效果。这对西曲矿巷道支护及类似工程条件巷道锚杆支护设计有较高的借鉴价值。In the extraction roadway of fully mechanized working face,the roadway by mining influence is bigger,this decided its method of support and other roadway is different.Bolt support technology is currently one of the main supporting technology in the mining roadway of fully mechanized working face.The research takes 28406 fully mechanized coal mining face in Xiqu coal mine as engineering background,and by engineering analogy method to the extraction roadway of the working face preliminary design.By using the theory of suspension select and design the bolt support parameters,verifies the preliminary design,obtains the support scheme.Introduces the construction production and organization management of the bolt support,and analyzes the supporting effect,the results show that the selected supporting parameters can meet the need of production safety,achieves good results.It has higher reference value for the roadway bolting support design in Xiqu coal mine and similar engineering conditions.
