摘　　要：目的通过检测正常人和桥本甲状腺炎(HT)患者中甲状腺组织HLA-DR、CD40和CD1a的表达,探讨HLA-DR、CD40和CD1a在桥本甲状腺炎发病机制中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学技术(S-P法)检测桥本甲状腺炎36例和正常对照组(甲状腺腺瘤旁正常甲状腺)10例甲状腺上皮细胞中HLA-DR、CD40和CD1a的表达水平。结果正常甲状腺组织甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞(TEC)几乎不表达HLA-DR、CD40和CD1a,而桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺滤泡上皮高表达HLA-DR、CD40和CD1a,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 HLA-DR、CD40和CD1a的异常表达可能与桥本甲状腺炎的发病有关。Objective To study the expression of CD40,CD1a and HLA-DR in thyroid epithelial cells from the patients with Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis（HT）.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CD40,CD1a and HLA-DR in 10 cases of normal thyroid tissue and 36 cases of HT.Results The CD40,CD1a and HLA-DR were all expressed in thyroid epithelial cells from the patient with HT and hardly expressed in thyroid epithelial cells from normal thyroid tissue（P0.01）.Conclusion The abnormal expression of CD40,CD1a and HLA-DR may contribute to the pathogenesis of HT.
