摘 要:分析了黔蔗系列品种的细胞质源、基础种质和亲缘系数。结果表明:黔蔗系列品种的细胞质源主要是路打士、春尼、班扎马新黑潭和中国种(不祥);遗传组成源主要由甘蔗属的11个热带种、2个印度种、2个割手密种和2个中国种共17个原种构成;亲缘关系中,与热带种的亲缘系数为51.65%-68.75%,与割手密的亲缘系数为9.375%-20.31%。在今后的甘蔗育种工作中,应注意扩展细胞质源,增加遗传组成源,注意父母双亲遗传组成源的互补性,引入野生或近缘种质,并注意遗传基础中野生种与热带种血缘的合理比例。The source of cytoplasm, basal germplasm and cofficient of relationship of sugarcane varieties bred in Guizhou were analyzed. The result showed that the sources of cytoplasm of variteies bred in Guizhou were L. oethers, Chunnee, B. Hitan and S. sinensis. And the germplasm was from 17 kinds of germplasm including 11 of S. officinarunm, 2 of S. barberry, 2 of S. spontaneum and 2 of S. sinensis. The genetic relationship was between 51.65% and 68.75% with S. officiarum, 9.375% and 20.31% with S. spontaneum. In the futher sugarcane breeding, we should pay more attentions to enlarging the source of cytoplasm, adding the basal germplasms and improving the complementarity of the bassal germplasms of the parents eath other, pulling in wild and near relation germplasm, and taking notice of the ratios of wild relatives to S. officiarum.
