摘 要:空压机作为制氧机组中的首要设备,对整个机组的影响无疑是非常重要的,而其控制系统的可靠运行更是保证空压机稳定运行的关键。本文以山东莱钢天元气体公司22000m3制氧的空压机系统为例,从硬件的可靠性、程序编制的严谨性以及控制功能的完善性方面,由面到点的对空压机励磁系统和本体系统进行了具体的研究与分析,在控制功能方面进一步改进完善,使之满足制氧机组生产的需要。该制氧空压机控制系统自投运以来,运行良好,达到了预期的效果,受到了用户的好评。The air compressor unit in the primary as oxygen equipment, the operation of the entire unit is undoubtedly very important, and reliable operation of the control system is critical to ensure stable operation of the air compressor. In this paper, Shandong Laiwu Steel Corporation 22000m3 Tianyuan oxygen gas air compres- sor systems, for example, the reliability of the hardware, programming rigor and control function of the field from the surface to the point of excitation system and the air compressor body system of specific research and analysis, to further improve and perfect control, so as to meet the needs of oxygen production unit. The oxygen from the air compressor control system has been out into operation, running well, to achieve the desired effect, by the users.
