摘　　要：文章通过对垫圈零件的工艺分析,改进了工艺方案,采用冲孔—落料连续模冲压工艺冲裁垫圈从而降低成本,提高生产效率。并着重阐述了在此工艺下的垫圈排样设计方案、模具结构的设计计算、模具的主要零件计算以及冲床参数选择等。In the article, the author improves craft design based on the analysis of component of gasket and adoption of the continual punching craft of piercing and blanking to blank gasket to reduce cost and improve production efficiency. This article mainly illustrates the design proposal of gasket blank layout, the calculation of mould structure design, die＇s major machine parts, as well as the choice of punch press parameter and so on.
