老年护理实践教学基地的建设

摘　　要：总结老年护理实践教学基地建设与实践效果。确立"以服务为宗旨,以市场为导向,以教学指导产业,以产业扶持教学"的基地建设目标及思路;以校企合作的方式创建重阳城老年公寓作为老年护理实践基地;建立校企一体管理机制;借鉴医院管理经验,开展以护理为主的医院管理服务;公寓依托于主办方为中医学院,在服务中充分发挥中医护理观念,产学研结合,提供具有中医特色的医护服务。经过8年的实践,老年护理实践基地优质、专业的服务得到社会普遍的认可,2007年被民政部确立为首批"全国养老服务社会化示范活动试点单位"及"全国模范养老机构"。当前,入住老人疾病治疗有效(包括治愈)率达97%,老人满意度调查每年均在95%以上。This paper summarized the establishment of practical teaching base for geriatric nursing.Taking service as its aim,the practical base was market-oriented and was supposed to be beneficial to both teaching and industry.Lying in Chongyangcheng Senior Apartment which was jointly run by the university and enterprise,the practical base mainly provided nursing service for senior people.The apartment relied on the advantage of the traditional Chinese medical university and nursing service with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic was provided meanwhile the integration of production,teaching and research was promoted.The past eight years saw the general social recognition of the apartment for its quality and professional service.Annually survey indicated more than 95% of the seniors were satisfied with the service.
