浙江省首届手术室专科护士培训班学员心理体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解浙江省首届手术室专科护士培训班学员培训期间内心深处的真实心理感受,为手术室专科护士培训基地对今后手术室专科护士培训进行心理支持提供借鉴。方法通过个人深度访谈和焦点团体访谈的形式,访问了参加基地培训的手术室专科护士学员共30名,将获得的资料按现象学研究法整理分析,提炼主题。结果手术室专科护士培训班学员经历了诸多的心理体验,包括新奇与憧憬、紧张与焦虑、失眠、早醒等;手术室专科护士培训班学员承受多重心理压力来源,包括学习方面、考核方面、写作方面和前景方面;手术室专科护士培训班学员在培训期间逐渐收获和成长。结论浙江省首届手术室专科护士培训班学员心理压力较大,培训基地的老师应了解和理解参加手术室专科护士培训班学员的心理感受,给予帮助和指导,让其尽快适应从工作单位到培训基地,从临床工作到系统培训,从专业护士到专科护士培训班学员角色的转变。Objective To understand the psychological feeling of trainees of the first operating room specialized nurse training in Zhejiang province,and to provide psychological support and experience for specialized nurse training.Methods Through individual interviews and group discuss,information about a total of 30 nurses participating in the specialized nurse training were generalized and the theme of it was extracted by phenomenological and systemic analysis.Results The trainees experienced various forms of psychological feeling during the training,obtained more knowledge and became more mature after the training.Conclusion Nurses attending the training shoulder great psychological pressure,therefore their psychological state should be put into important place.Instructions and assistance are supposed to deliver.
