摘  要:采用实验生态学方法对马氏珠母贝4种壳色选育系F6代和普通养殖群体的耗氧率和排氨率进行比较,实验设置13、18、23、28、33℃等5个温度梯度和20、25、30、35等4个盐度梯度。结果表明:在温度13~33℃范围内,各实验组的耗氧率均随着温度的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,温度28℃达到最大,各实验组的排氨率则随着温度的增加而不断上升;在盐度20~35范围内,各实验组的耗氧率和排氨率均随着盐度的升高呈先上升后下降的趋势,盐度30时最大;温度和盐度对马氏珠母贝各实验组的耗氧率和排氨率均具有极显著的影响(p<0.01),4种壳色选育系的耗氧率和排氨率均明显大于普通群体,不同壳色选育系之间的耗氧率和排氨率也存在极显著差异(p<0.01);温度13~33℃和盐度20~35范围内,马氏珠母贝的氧氮比(nO∶nN)范围为3.64~15.02,其代谢类型以蛋白质为主。Experimental ecological method was used to compare the oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion in four shell color lines and normal culture group of P.martensii.Five temperature gradients and four salinity gradients were set.Result showed as follows.In the set temperature range,with the increase of temperature,oxygen consumption began to rise reaching the maximum at 28°C,and then declined while ammonia excretion remained going up.Oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion were all increasing in the range of salinity.ANOVA indicated the effect of temperature and salinity on oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion were extremely significant,which also existed in four color lines and normal group.The range of O/N was 3.64~15.02,and protein was the main substrate for metabolism.Oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion in four color shell lines were larger than normal group.The results showed that significant variation existed among all groups,which could provide the reference for breeding new variety of P.martensii.
