摘　　要：中国特色社会主义法律体系已经形成,这是中国特色社会主义兴旺发达的法制保障。著作权法体系作为中国法律体系的一部分,其经历了从无到有、从单一到综合的成长过程。我国的著作权法律体系已经构建了由民事、行政、刑事三种法律责任与中央层次立法、地方层次立法、非立法规范性文件相结合的体系。The socialist law system with Chinese characteristics has been formed and it is a legal guarantee for thep rosperity of socialism with Chinese characteristics.As a part of Chinese legal system,the copyright law systems tarted from scratch and developed from single to comprehensive growth process.Chinese copyright law system hasb een constructed by the civil,administrative,criminal three kind of legal liability,the central level legislation,local legislation,normative legislation level of e file combination system.
