摘 要:研究橡碗栲胶浸提过程中各因素对浸提效率的影响,对橡碗栲胶实际生产的工艺参数进行优化和分析.采用单因素循环法及压力六罐组逆流浸提的方式研究了不同浸提压力、浸提温度、浸提时间、原料粒度和不同浸提水质下橡碗栲胶的浸提情况.研究结果表明:橡碗栲胶浸提的最优工艺参数浸提压力为0.25MPa;浸提温度首罐为70℃,尾罐为95℃;浸提时间80min/步;原料粒度5mm;浸提水质pH值为6左右的软水;出液系数为400%.The effect of various factors on the extraction efficiency in the process of vegetable tannin extracts from acorn cup is studied and the process parameters in the production are analyzed and optimized. By using the pressed six-jar group with adverse extraction and the singular element cycling method,extractions of vegetable tannin extracts are studied under the conditions of different pressure, temperature, time, grains and water. The result shows that the best process parameters of tanning extract production are the extraction pressure 0. 25 MPa,the extraction temperature 70℃ for the initial jar and 95 ℃ for the last jar,the extraction time 80 min/s, the grain of raw material 5 mm; soft water with pH value about 6 and the leaching agent coefficient 400 %. The optimized process parameters can increase the extraction efficiency, reduce the consumption of raw material and energy, and raise the profit margin and the economic and social benefit of the factory.
