摘  要:以滁菊为材料,采用组织培养的方法,研究LaCl3对滁菊生长过程中CrCl3胁迫的缓解效应,结果表明,在一定范围内LaCl3对CrCl3胁迫滁菊的生根数量、根长、株高和植株重量均具有缓解效应。当CrCl3胁迫浓度的提高到250mg/L时,其缓解效应不明显。同时,在一定范围内LaCl3对CrCl3胁迫滁菊的POD和SOD同工酶的活性均有促进作用,随着CrCl3胁迫浓度的提高,POD同工酶活性及其表达种类逐渐增加,SOD同工酶活性及其表达种类无明显变化。By using tissue culture method, the mitigative effect of LaCl3 on the seedling growth of Dendranthema morifolium under CrCl3 stress was studied. The results showed that in the certain range, the mitigative effects on root length and root number and plant height, fresh weight were obvious, and when CrCl3 concentration reached 250mg/L, the mitigative effect of LaCl3 was not obvious. The isozymes activity of POD and SOD promoted by LaCl3 on the seedling under CrCl3 stress, and POD isozymes activity increased and expression types enhanced, while the SOD isozymes activity and expression types did not change obviously with the increasing of concentration of CrCl3 stress.
