摘　　要：分析了引起曲轴失效的各种原因,构建了曲轴失效故障树.通过定性分析故障树,得出了曲轴失效的故障谱,并对故障树的定量分析结果做了理论研究,讨论了利用计算机辅助故障树分析系统CAFTA的故障树分析过程.This article analyzes the various factors that cause failure of crankshaft,and builds a corresponding fault tree system.The crankshaft failure spectrum is constructed through qualitative analysis of the fault tree system.And theoretical researches of the quantitative analysis results are also carried out.Meanwhile,there is also a analysis procedure of fault tree system with computer aided fault tree analysis system（CAFTA）.
