多重耐药菌的监管与医院感染暴发的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探索多重耐药菌感染的监测和管理对医院感染爆发的影响。方法:根据卫生部有关文件精神,严格管理,落实医院感染的督查、质量控制工作,及时收集、分析评估资料。结果:通过方案的实施,医务人员的医院感染防控意识明显提高,对多重耐药菌感染的重视程度加强,及时发现并控制了2次医院感染暴发和聚集性感染事件。结论:正确实施多重耐药菌感染的监测与管理,对防范医院感染暴发事件发生具有重要意义。Objective： To discuss the role of monitoring and management multiple-drug resistant germ infection in discovering nosocomial infection outbreak.Method： According to the Ministry of health relevant document,strict management,implement the nosocmial infection of supervision,quality control work,collect,analyze assess material in time.Result： Through the implementation of the scheme,the medical staff of nosocomial infection prevention and control consciousness distinct enhancement,to multiple-drug resistant germ infection degree of attention paid to strengthen,the timely discovery and control 2 nosocomial infection outbreak and clustering infection events.Conclusion： Correctly implement mutiple-drug resistant germ infection monitoring and management,to guard against nosocomial infection outbreak incidents.
