摘 要:目的了解门诊患者及家属就诊需求,提高门诊服务质量。方法自行设计问卷调查表,调查2010年7月门诊患者及家属235例,内容包括医疗、护理服务、连续服务、健康教育、心理社会需求和就医环境等,共20个条目。结果患者组与家属组比较,除需求第8项和需求第19项差异有统计学意义,其余的需求差异均无统计学意义。患者组按性别、年龄、住址比较,各需求均无差异,按文化程度初中以下与高中以上比较,需求第13、14、17、18、20项差异有统计学意义,其余的需求差异均无统计学意义。结论提高医疗护理服务质量,加强连续服务,重视健康教育及关注患者心理,满足门诊患者及家属多层次需求。Objective:To understand the clinic patients and families ' service needs,improve the quality of outpatient service.Methods:a self-designed questionnaire survey in 2010 July,235 cases of clinic patients and their families,including medical,nursing services,medical environment,health education,continuous service and psychosocial needs,a total of 20 entries.Results:The top 5 of clinic needs from the survey include:doctor carefully,ask be experienced;a doctor's diagnosis and treatment;patients encounter difficulties to help,the condition of doctors,check,question interpretation;knowledge of drug effects,adverse reactions and treatment,period of treatment;to explain you patiently explained by nurse.Conclusion:to improve the medical service quality,strengthen the continuous service,attention to health education and psychological clinic patients and their families,to meet the multi-level needs.
