内陆地区县域涉外劳务输出问题思考

摘　　要：劳务输出是对外经济合作的一种重要形式。我国内地县域劳动力丰富,人多地少,存在着大量待业人员。因此,积极开展涉外劳务输出,在增加劳动者收入,加快内地县域经济发展等方面发挥着巨大作用。但是,在涉外劳务合作过程中,涉外劳务纠纷也越来越多,暴露出体制和法律还需完善,合作领域有待拓宽等问题。本文全面分析了内地县域涉外劳务输出的作用及其存在的问题,并提出了对策建议。The labor service export is an important form about foreign economic cooperation.Our country has rich labor,a small territory and a large population in the county,where much unemployment exists.So if foreign labor service exports could be taken actively,it will play a tremendous role in increasing workers＇ income,speeding up the economic development of the county and so on.However,more and more foreign labor disputes have taken place during the cooperation in national labor service exports,which expose a series of problems such as the system and law need be improved,cooperating areas need be widen.In this paper,the role and problems about foreign labor service exports in the county have been analysed,and some countermeasures and advices have been given.
