摘 要:研究了掺杂相对ZrB2-YAG-Al2O3复相陶瓷高温抗氧化性能的影响,以提高高温陶瓷的高温抗氧化性能。结果表明:通过引入YAG制备的陶瓷和纯ZrB2陶瓷相比,在相同氧化条件下得到的氧化增重有所减小,在相同氧化条件下,引入YAG越多的陶瓷氧化增重越小,说明通过引入YAG可以改善ZrB2陶瓷的抗氧化性能。ZrB2-YAG-Al2O3陶瓷氧化增重随着YAG-Al2O3含量增大而减小,在700~1 200℃之间添加YAG-Al2O3和添加YAG有相似的高温氧化机理特性。The Effect of reinforced phase on oxidation property of ZrB2-YAG-Al2O3 multi-phase ceramics at high temperature were investigated,which can be helped to improve the performance of high-temperature ceramics.The results show that the oxidation weight gain is decreased with increasing the content of YAG.The oxidation weight gain is less than that of pure ZrB2 ceramics under the same oxidation conditions,which shows that the oxidation resistance property of ceramics is increased through adding the YAG phase.The oxidation weight gain of ZrB2-YAG-Al2O3 ceramics is decreased with increasing the contend of YAG-Al2O3,however,the high-temperature oxidation mechanism character of ceramics adding YAG or YAG-Al2O3 is similar at 700~1 200℃.
