摘　　要：针对作者来稿中对参考文献著录规则执行不力的现状,认为在广泛宣传著录规则之外还应充分利用作者修改稿件的机会,引导他们重视参考文献的著录。Given the fact that many authors are not well aware of or do not well implement documentation rules of bibliographic references in their submission manuscripts, the author proposes that besides popularizing more about the rules, journal editors should guide the authors＇ attention to the bibliographic references making full use of the stage when authors are revising their manuscripts.
