摘　　要：目的 总结农村3次医疗卫生服务网络组织体系变迁探析。方法 对其进行了五阶段划分,分析了每阶段的主要特征总结归纳了影响其变迁的三类因素。结果 为农村三级医疗卫生服务体系的进一步完善提供参考借鉴。结论 借鉴已有的成功经验,考虑现有的社会因素,充分问动和发挥农民的能力性,以政府为主导的农村三级医疗卫生服务组织体系改革还需要在艰难的模荣中前进。Objective To summarize the the five stages,each stage of the main rural three tier health network organizational system transformation.Methods Of the influence of the change of three kinds of elements. Results For the three rural health services organizations to further improve the system to provide a referonce.Conclusion The existing suciessful experience for reference,considering the existing social factors and fully mobilize and bring into play the initiative for the fans farmer,it is dominat with the government of rural three tiev health service organization system reforms still heeded in difficnlt erploration.This paper analyzes the process of rural three-tier system of health service organization.The process is divided into five stages. The article analyzes the main characteristics of each stage, and summarizes the three types of factors that affect changes. This study will help to improve the rural three-tier system of health service organizations.
