摘 要:基于微分几何学、弹性力学相关理论,建立了不旋转钢丝绳直线状态受拉力作用下的物理模型,推导了该状态下的受力方程;根据空间螺旋线方程,在三维CAD软件ProE中建立了不旋转钢丝绳的实体模型,并把该实体模型导入ANSYS中进行力学分析,对该模型的正确性进行验证.模型计算结果与有限元分析结果基本一致,验证了该模型的正确性.Based on the differential geometry and the elastomechanics theory,the physical model and of a non-rotating wire rope under straight tension is established,and the corresponding mechanical equations are deduced.Then,based on the space spiral equations,an entity model of the rope is set up using the three-dimension CAD software ProE and is introduced in ANSYS to carry out mechanical analyses for the verification of the proposed mo-del.It is found that the calculated results obtained by the proposed model are basically consistent with those of the finite element analysis,which means that the proposed model is correct.
