摘　　要：对调动医务人员积极性研究现状进行评述的基础上,综述调动医务人员积极性的形势背景、本质内涵、战略地位、形态演进和路径选择,为公立医院改革政策实践提供新思路,为公立医院改革理论研究提供新视角。Basing on the comments on the present situation of mobilizing medical workers＇ initiative,the authors summa- rize the situation,background, strategic position and path selection, and provide the new trains of thought for the implementa- tion of reform policies in public hospitals and the new perspective for theoretical study of the reform in public hospitals.
