人工流产术后口服妈富隆的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨人工流产术后口服复方短效避孕药妈富隆的临床疗效。方法将来四川省妇幼保健院行人工流产术的300例健康患者分为两组,观察组138例,于人工流产术后当日口服妈富隆,共3个周期;对照组162例,采用安全套避孕。两组患者术后均口服抗生素、益母草片。观察两组阴道流血量及持续时间、下次月经恢复时间、有无贫血、盆腔炎、宫腔粘连等人工流产术后并发症,统计术后3个月内再次妊娠率,观察避孕药的不良反应。结果观察组阴道流血量及持续时间、月经恢复时间与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,术后3个月内无再次妊娠发生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。口服妈富隆3个月后无明显不良反应。结论人工流产术后口服妈富隆能减少阴道流血量,缩短流血时间,恢复月经周期,减少术后并发症,是安全、有效的避孕措施,是实现流产后计划生育服务(post abortion family planning service,PAFPS)的重要内容。Objective To study clinical effect of oral contraceptive Marvelon after induced abortion.Methods Healthy 300 cases with early pregnancy to be taken induced abortion in Sichuan Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital were divided into observation group with 138 cases taken Marvelon on the first day after induced abortion in observation group for three cycles and control group with 162 cases used condoms.Oral antibiotics and Motherwort-film were used in both groups.The data about the volume and time of vaginal bleeding,the duration of the next menstrual recovery time and the complication such as anemia,pelvic inflammatory disease,intrauterine adhesions,after induced abortion,pregnancy rates within 3 months,the side effects of oral contraception were observed and analyzed.Results The average volume and time of vaginal bleeding and the duration of the next menstrual recovery time in observation group were less than that in control group and the difference was significant（P0.05）.The rates of complications after abortion were less in observation group.No pregnancy and obvious side effects occurred in observation group after 3 months（P0.05）.Conclusion Marvelon taken after induced abortion is safe and effective which is the important part of post abortion family planning service（PAFPS）.
