聚焦超声联合竹红菌素软膏治疗外阴白色病变164例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦超声联合竹红菌素软膏治疗外阴白色病变的疗效。方法对中国人民解放军第五十九中心医院164例经病理检查证实为外阴白色病变的患者进行聚焦超声联合竹红菌素软膏治疗,观察治疗前后患者症状、体征变化,评价其治疗的临床效果。结果治疗后,患者的瘙痒症状基本缓解甚至可完全消失,外阴形态和色泽基本恢复正常,有效率达99.4%。结论聚焦超声联合竹红菌素软膏治疗外阴白色病变安全、效果好、无创。Objective To study clinical effects of Focused-ultrasound combined with hypocrellin-ointment on leukoplakia vulvae.Methods About 164 in-patients confirmed by patho-examined as leukoplakia vulvae were treated by Focused-ultrasound combined with hypocrellin-ointment in Chinese People＇s Liberation Army the Fifty-ninth Hospital in Kaiyuan City,Yunnan Province.The data of symptoms,physical signs before and after the treatment were compared and analyzed in order to evaluate clinical effect.Results After treatment,symptoms of pruritus mitigate basically and even disappear completely,shape and color of the vulva return to normal,the overall effective rate was 99.4%.Conclusion It is a safe,effective and non-invasive therapy method of Focused-ultrasound combined with hypocrellin-ointment treated for leukoplakia vulvae.
