腰椎间盘突出症患者耳穴表面的物理特征变化

摘　　要：目的探讨相关耳穴表面物理特征变化与腰椎间盘突出症的相关性。方法纳入腰椎间盘突出症患者50例(观察组)并设既往无腰腿痛病史患者42例为对照组,观察两组受试者耳穴腰骶椎区域压痛强度及血管、皮肤、形态改变,并计算耳穴腰骶椎颜色色差值。结果观察组耳廓耳穴腰骶椎颜色色差值为(90.06±11.64)NBS,对照组为(33.67±4.00)NBS,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组耳穴腰骶椎压痛强度及血管、皮肤、形态学改变比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论耳廓腰骶椎区域表面物理特征变化与腰椎间盘突出症具有相关性。Objective To explore the correlation between the lumb ar intervertebral disc protrusion and the changes of the physical characteristic of the related auricular point surface.Methods Fifty patients with lumbar interverte bral disc protrusion were attributed to an observation group,while a control gr oup with 42 patients without lumbosacral pain in it was set up for comparison.T he subjects of both groups were observed on the intensity of tenderness and morp hological changes of vessels and skin of the area of auricular point Lumbosacral Vertebrae,and the chromatic difference of the auricular point was calculated.Results The chromatic difference of the auricular point in the observat ion gro up was（90.06±11.64） NBS,and that of the control group was（33.67±4.00） NBS,there was statistical significance between them（P〈0.01）.There existed sta tisti cal differences between the two groups in the intensity of tenderness and morpho logical changes of vessels and skin of the area of Lumbosacral Vertebrae（P 0.01）.Conclusion The characteristic changes of the appeara nce of the auricular po int,Lumbosacral Vertebrae,do have correlation with the lumbar intervertebral d isc protrusion.
