摘  要:在HAc-NaAc(pH=4.0)缓冲溶液中,以氨三乙酸为活化剂,痕量钴(Ⅱ)可催化KIO4氧化酚藏花红褪色反应。研究了反应的最佳条件,测得反应表观活化能为65.23kJ.moL-1,据此建立了一种测定痕量钴(Ⅱ)的新方法。方法线性范围为0.010~1.20μg/25mL,检出限为8.84×10-10 g.mL-1,回收率为94%~103%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.6%~5.1%。该法用于粮食样品中钴(Ⅱ)的测定,结果满意。A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace cobalt(Ⅱ) based on the oxidetion reaction between potassium periodata and phenosafranine in the presence of nitrilotriacetic acid as an activator in HAc-NaAc buffer solution(pH=4.0) has been developed.The optimum conditions have been studied.The apparent activation energy of catalytic reaction is 65.23 kJ·mol-1.The detection limit of this method is 8.84×10-10g·mL-1 for cobalt(Ⅱ) and linear relationship is in the concentration range of 0.010~1.20 μg/25mL for cobalt(Ⅱ).The recovery is in the range of 94%~103% and RSD is 3.6%~5.1%.The method was applied to the determination of trace cobalt in grain samples with satisfactory results.
