代森锌在板蓝根和大青叶中的残留分析

摘　　要：采用顶空气相色谱法(火焰光度检测器)测定板蓝根、大青叶中代森锌的残留量。测定结果表明代森锌在0.1～5mg/kg范围内峰面积和进样量成良好的线性关系(R2=0.9985),回收率在80.6%～115.2%之间,变异系数在4.8%～9.0%之间,最低检出浓度为0.01mg/kg。该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高。A headspace gas chromatography method（flame photometric detector） for determining zineb in Radix Isatidis and Folium Isatidis was developed.Good linearity of zineb was obtained over the range of 0.1～5 mg/kg（R2=0.9985） with the recoveries from 80.6% to 115.2%,and variation coefficient from 4.8% to 9.0%,respectively.The concentration detectable limit was 0.01 mg/kg.
