摘 要:热处理生产过程中,判断回火后工件的性能合格与否,通常是以硬度检测为依据的。由于淬火钢的回火硬度与回火工艺参数之间存在相关关系,若能获得描述这种相关关系的特性函数,就能准确给出淬火钢回火过程的硬度变化规律。利用高控温精度试验电炉和等温回火试验方法,采集50CrVA钢在不同回火条件下的硬度数据,通过非线性回归分析得到该钢种的回火特性函数。利用该函数关系可以对50CrVA钢回火工艺参数进行优化设计,即通过采用适当提高回火温度、减少回火时间的工艺方法,实现回火生产过程的节能热处理。In heat treatment production process,hardness test is adopted to judge whether the properties of tempered-parts are qualified or not.There exists correlativity between tempering hardness of quenched-steel and its tempering parameters.Therefore,if a series of characteristics functions to express the correlativity were obtained,the hardness changes for quenched-steel in tempering process would be given accurately.The present work obtained a serious of tempering characteristic functions for 50CrVA steel.The functions come from the nonlinear regression analysis to hardness data for 50CrVA steel at different tempering condition by method of isothermal tempering in experimental electric stove with high temperature control accuracy.These functions would provide basis for optimization design of tempering parameters for 50CrVA steel.Energy-saving heat-treatment would be realized in tempering process via proper increase of temperature and decrease of time.
