摘  要:目的探讨经不同煎煮时间处理的复方中药-银翘散、桂枝汤对临床常见产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠埃希菌的作用及电镜下细菌细胞形态结构变化。方法采用M-H琼脂稀释法分别对来自临床的30株产ESBLs大肠埃希菌和30株非产ESBLs大肠埃希菌进行敏感性对照试验,测定其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果银翘散和桂枝汤对两组不同的细菌均具有较好的抑制作用,煎煮10min的银翘散对产与非产ESBLs的MIC值分别为(81.07±35.39)、(80.00±33.35)mg/ml,煎煮20min的银翘散对产与非产ESBLs的MIC值分别为(74.67±34.09)、(82.13±34.32)mg/ml;煎煮10min的桂枝汤对产与非产ESBLs的MIC值分别为(75.20±24.19)、(71.20±25.59)mg/ml,煎煮20min的桂枝汤对产与非产ESBLs的MIC值分别为(72.00±24.41)、(69.60±25.49)mg/ml;统计学显示两组之间差异无统计学意义;煎煮10、20min处理的药液对产与非产ESBLs大肠埃希菌的平均MIC值经统计学处理,差异也无统计学意义。结论在抗菌药物选择压力增大的情况下,治疗由产ESBLs大肠埃希菌引起的感染,复方中药可起到较好的治疗作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine formula Yin Qiao San and Gui Zhi Tang,boiled for different durations,on common ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli and the morphological changes under electron microscope.METHODS Drug susceptibility testing for 30 strains of ESBLs-producing and 30 strains of non-ESBLs-producing E.coli was performed by using the agar dilution method,and the MICs was determined.RESULTS Both Yin Qiao San and Gui Zhi Tang had good effect in inhibiting the growth of different germs in the two groups.The MICs of Yin Qiao San boiled for 10 minutes and 20 minutes were(81.07±35.39,80.00±33.35)mg/ml and(74.67±34.09,82.13±34.32)mg/ml against ESBLs(+) and(-),respectively.The MICs of Gui Zhi Tang boiled for 10 minutes and 20 minutes were(75.20±24.19,71.20±25.59)mg/ml and(72.00±24.41,69.60±25.49)mg/ml for ESBLs(+) and(-),respectively.The difference was not statistically significant between the two groups.There was no statistical difference between the mean MICs of herb boiled for 10 min and 20 min either.CONCLUSION With the increasing pressure of antibiotic selection,traditional Chinese medicine formulas could be applied with good effect in treating the infection caused by ESBLs-producing E.coli.
