摘  要:目的探讨分析小儿巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染的血液学改变。方法患儿入院后采用荧光定量PCR法检测CMV-DNA,辅助检查:病原学检测、肝功能、血常规、心肌酶测定及胸部X线摄片;分析患儿的血液学改变。结果 60例患儿中28例发生血液学改变,发生率为46.67%,其中轻度贫血10例,中度贫血5例,重度贫血3例,粒细胞减少症21例,血小板减少症2例,全血细胞减少1例,血小板增多(>300×109/L)26例,异常淋巴细胞>10%5例,骨髓象异常6例;感染组贫血率为30.00%,明显高于对照组的6.67%(P<0.05);血色素数值较对照组血色素明显减低(P<0.05)。结论小儿巨细胞病毒感染可引起患儿各种各样血液学改变,临床应予高度重视。OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the performance of cytomegalovirus infection in children with hematological manifestations.METHODS Fluorescence quantitative PCR.were used to detect CMV-DNA in children admitted to hospital.The laboratory examinations were performed including pathogen detection,liver function,blood,enzyme measurements and chest X-ray.Hematological changes of these children were observed and analyzed.RESULTS Among the 60 patients,there were 28 cases with hematological manifestations,accounted for 46.67%.Of the 28 cases,10 were mild anemia,5 were moderate anemia,3 were severe anemia,21 were neutropenia,2 were thrombocytopenia,1 case had decreased whole blood cells counts,26 cases had peripheral thrombocytosis(300×109 /L).Five 5 cases had the abnormal lymphocytes in peripheral blood which were greater than 10%,and 6 cases with bone marrow abnormalities.The rate of anemia for CMV infection group was significantly higher than the non-infected group,the difference was statistically significant,(P〈0.05).There was significantly lower Hb compared with non-CMV infection group(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION Cytomegalovirus infection in children can cause complications with a variety of hematology,the clinics should pay more attention.
