摘 要:目的探讨外科手术切口感染的病原菌分布及耐药现状,为临床预防控制切口感染提供参考依据。方法对医院发生外科手术切口感染的病例进行回顾性调查与统计分析。结果外科手术切口感染病原菌主要为铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍氏不动杆菌,分别占21.7%、18.5%、17.2%、16.3%、6.8%;病原菌对常用抗菌药物产生了不同程度的耐药性,其中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)检出率为42.1%,铜绿假单胞菌、鲍氏不动杆菌对亚胺培南、美罗培南的耐药率为18.8%~26.7%。结论外科医护人员必须采取干预措施,预防与控制手术切口感染。OBJECTIVE To explore the distribution and antimicrobial resistance of pathogenic bacteria causing surgical incision infections and provide reference for clinical prevention and control of incision infections.METHODS A total of 221 cases with surgical incision infections out of 5635 patients were investigated retrospectively and analyzed statistically.RESULTS Pathogenic bacteria causing surgical incision infections were mainly Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PAE),Escherichia coli(ECO),Staphylococcus aureus(SAU),Klebsiella pneumoniae(KPN),Acinetobacter baumannii(ABA),accounting for 21.7%,18.5%,17.2%,16.3% and 6.8%,respectively,producing various degree of resistance to commonly used antibiotics.The detection rate of MRSA was 42.1%,the resistance rates of PAE and ABA to imipenem and meropenem varied from 18.8% to 26.7%.CONCLUSION Medical staffs of surgery department must take intervention measures to prevent and control surgical incision infections.
