摘　　要：目的探讨MRI在腰椎间隙感染早期诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2007年5月-2009年6月医院收治的腰椎间隙感染患者9例,所有患者均采用磁共振成像仪进行MRI扫描;确诊后,给予及时有效的治疗方法,并进行为期2年的随访观察;对所有患者的MRI特点进行总结,比较分析患者治疗前后白细胞、C-反应蛋白以及血沉的变化。结果 9例患者经MRI扫描呈现一定的特异性,其中7例为单发感染,占77.78%,2例为多发感染,占22.22%;经两年的随访,8例(88.89%)临床症状消失,且白细胞、C-反应蛋白以及血沉均恢复到正常水平,与治疗前相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余1例(11.11%)患者仍有间歇性腰痛及活动受限等症状。结论 MRI能够充分显示腰椎间隙感染病变的变化情况,对早期的临床诊断和鉴别具有重要作用,为患者得到有效准确的治疗提供了保障。OBJECTIVE To probe into the application value of MRI in early diagnosis of infections in the lumbar intervertebral space.METHODS Totally 9 patients with lumbar intervertebral space infections who were enrolled in hospital from May 2007 to Jun 2009 were selected;MRI scans were performed for all patients with magnetic resonance imaging devices.Timely diagnosis and effective treatment were provided.All patients were followed up for 2 years.MRI features of all patients were analyzed;a comparative analysis was performed for comparing white blood cells before and after treatment,C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate changes.RESULTS In this study,9 patients with MRI scans showed a certain degree of specificity,of which 7 cases（77.78%） had a single infection,2 cases（28.57%） had multiple infections;after 2 years of follow-up,8 cases（88.89%） clinical symptoms disappeared,and the white blood cells,C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were recovered to normal levels,significantly lower than that of before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The remaining 1（11.11%） patients still had intermittent symptoms including low back pain and limited mobility.CONCLUSION MRI can fully illustrate the changes in lumbar intervertebral infection situation,and will play an important role in the early clinical diagnosis and identification,so as to ensure the patients receiving effective and accurate treatment.
