摘 要:以白云鄂博铁铌共生矿为原料,采用糖浆作为粘结剂,通过压制成型的方法进行了铁铌共生矿含碳球团研究,并探讨了各种因素对球团强度的影响。得出的最佳工艺条件是:碳氧比为1.0、成型压力为15 MPa、糖浆浓度为3.0%及100℃烘干。在此条件下,干、湿球抗压强度分别为37 N/P和25.6 N/P,落下强度分别为3.8次/P和14次/P,基本满足转底炉直接还原工艺对球团强度的要求。Taking Fe-Nb associated ores as raw materials and using syrup as a binder, the shaping technology of carbonbearing pellet of Fe-Nb associated ores was studied, and the influencing factors on the compressive strength of pellets were investigated. The results show that the optimal conditions of shaping technology are as follows: the briquetting pressure is 15 M Pa, the ratio of carbon to oxygen is 1.0, the concentration of syrup is 3 % and the roasted temperature is 100 ℃. Under such conditions, the compressive strength of wet green balls and roasted pellets is 25.6N/P and 37 N/P respectively, and the shatter strength of green balls and roasted pellets is 14 times/P and 3.8 times/P respectively, basically meeting the requirements of direct reduction process of rotary hearth furnace for pellet strength.
