图书馆数字资源共享的保障机制研究

摘　　要：全国文化信息资源共享工程、中国高等教育文献保障体系、国家科技图书文献中心是我国公共图书馆、院校图书馆及科研系统图书馆数字资源共享的典型案例,其在数字资源共享实践中存在的问题,需从共享组织、共享政策及共享标准三个层面解决。只有在政府的统一规划、指导下,建立并完善图书馆数字资源管理体系、保障机制,使多部门、多学科、多单位整体协调、共同发展,才能保障图书馆数字资源的持续积累与高效共享。The paper makes an analysis on three typical resource sharing systems, that is, the National Cultural Information Resource Sharing Project, the Chinese Academic Library Information System （CALLS）, the National Science and Technology Digital Library （NSTL）, and discusses some problems in digital resources sharing due to departmental and regional barriers in management system, faulty policies, and lack of common standards, which affects the resource sharing. In order to ensure the sutainable accumulation of digital resources, the sharing system should be planned and designed in a unified way and constructed step by step.
