摘 要:根据动筛跳汰机基本结构、工作原理和使用情况,分析了筛下物的形成途径,并对筛下物形成过程中出现的破碎现象、相关结构件的磨损现象及其对筛下物量的影响等进行了说明;指出透筛物和筛下物是2个不同的概念,对动筛跳汰机筛下物的组成进行了定义,并引入逃逸物的概念;最后对目前动筛跳汰机筛下物存在的问题及其对分选工艺的影响进行了分析研究,提出了减少动筛跳汰机筛下物数量的途径和方法。According to the basic structure, working principle and application conditions of the vibration screen jig, the formation access of the screen underflow was analyzed. The paper had an introduction on the crushing phenomenon occurred in the process of the screen underflow, the abrasive phenomenon of the related structure parts and the influence to the screen underflow. The paper pointed out that the through screen and screen underflow would be two different conceptions. The paper had a definition on the components of the screen underflow of the vibration screen jig and introduced the conception of the escapes. Finally, an analysis and study was conducted on the problems existed in the screen underflow of the present vibration screen jig and the influences to the separation technique and the access and method to reduce the screen underflow of the vibration screen jig was provided.
