摘　　要：分析了高精度阀板精冲件的冲压工艺及机加工工艺,对加工过程中影响零件冲压质量的各种因素进行了分析,找到了影响零件平行度的主要因素,并提出了解决方法,实现了零件批量生产。Analysis was made on the stamping and machining process of a high precision fine blanking valve plate, and various factors that influence the quality of the fine-blanking part. Some key factors that affect the parallel degree of the valve plate were found and solutions were proposed.
