摘　　要：针对采用普通热固性塑料注射模成型出的塑件所出现的工艺问题,设计了一副带有浮动型芯结构的热固性塑料精密注射模,有效克服了塑件表面凹陷、翘曲等缺陷,使塑件成型面达到较高的平面度。实践证明,塑件合格率得到了显著提高,取得了较好的经济效益。A precision injection mould with floating core for a thermosetting plastic part with insert was designed, in which defects in the surface like depression, warping are prevented and a higher flatness of the product can be achieved.
