柘溪水库库区公益林涵养水源、保持水土能力计量及补偿

摘　　要：根据柘溪水库库区成土母岩、森林植被类型 ,分析测定了库区内森林涵养水源和保持水土能力指标及其效益补偿值。结果为 :库区 1 1 6 839hm2 森林涵水能力为1 .88亿m3 ;森林调蓄率 36 % ;林地年产水量 3.41亿m3 ;库区森林固土能力 5 0 8.9万m3 。经采用多种方法计算比较 ,森林涵水、固土效益年补偿值不得低于 1 6 0 8万元。According to the rock and vegetation in Zhexi reservior area,Determining the forest's ability to conserve water and to maintain soil,and it'scomplement benefit.Theresult is: The reservior area is 11639h,holding water 1.88 hundred millions ,forest's regulation rate is 36%,the output of water is 3.41 hundred millions ,maintaining soil is 508.9ten thousands .After calculation by every means,The compensation is over $1608 ten thousands every year
