摘　　要：高职院校共青团工作需要随着现实情况不断改进和创新,才能具有更强的吸引力、凝聚力,才能更好地提高工作的育人成效。基于此,从闲暇教育的角度,对共青团组织的工作思路、内容、认识和教育思想等几个方面进行研究和阐述,以期推动新时期共青团组织工作的创新。The work of communist youth league in vocational col leges must be improved and innovated with reality so as to be more attract ive and cohesive and raise the effectiveness of the education of vocational colleges.The innovative ideas and content of communist youth league are elaborated in this paper from the perspective of leisure education in order to promote the innovation of communist youth league work in the new period.
