摘 要:二重厂淬火炉装置基础开挖深度达37.4 m,为目前西南地区最深基坑,在平面上呈圆形布置。基坑位于已建厂房内,施工难度大,对周围环境的保护要求高。为研究圆形基坑支护效果,以三维数值模拟为手段,对基坑开挖不同工况下的位移应力情况进行仿真模拟,预测基坑开挖中可能出现的危险部位,为基坑顺利、安全施工提供参考,并论证圆形基坑支护结构优越的空间效应,结果显示圆形基坑支护效果优越,对周围环境影响较小。The hardening furnace foundation in China Second heavy Industries is excavated up to 37.4 m,which is the deepest pit in the southwest region presenting circular arrangement on a plane.The foundation pit is located in a factory building leading to difficult construction and strict requirement on the protection of environment.For the purpose of studying the support effect of this circular pit and by means of three-dimensional numerical analysis,the displacement and stress changes under different excavation conditions are simulated to speculate possible dangerous position during excavation and provide some reference to smooth and safe construction;at the same time,the space effect of the circular foundation pit with structural advantage is demonstrated.The result shows that the circular foundation pit has excellent support effect and little influence on the environment.
