葛根素的临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：葛根为一种常用的药食同源中药,应用历史悠久。葛根素是从葛根中提取出来的黄酮类化合物,现已制成片剂、注射剂,具有提高免疫力、增强心肌收缩力、保护心肌细胞、降低血压、抗血小板聚集等作用。综述了近年来国内外用葛根素治疗冠心病、心绞痛、糖尿病并发症、慢性咽炎、眼部疾病、脑梗死、帕金森综合征、耳聋等的临床应用研究进展,为进一步开发利用该植物药资源提供理论依据。Puerariae Radix as a Chinese materia medica and edible product has a long utilized history. Puerarin is a kind of flavonoids compound which was extracted from Puerariae Radix and has been made into tablets or injection with the effects of improving immune, enhancing myocardial contractive power, protecting cardiocytes, reducing blood pressure, resisting platelet aggregation and so on. This paper provides a summarization of current research progress on clinical practice of puerarin, such as treatment of coronary heart disease, angina, diabetes complications, chronic pharyngitis, eye disease, cerebral infarction, Parkinson＇s disease, deaf and so on. The survey offers theoretical basis to the further exploration of this herb resource.
